Listing your property for sale with an agent that will act in your best interests while getting the results you expect and are entitled to need not be a gamble. I understand the apprehension that exists with Sellers when signing a listing agreement and placing your hard earned equity at risk with a REALTOR® that may not meet your expectations in getting the results you desire.   • Communication - Providing frequent communication with feedback on potential Buyer inquiries and showings, pricing and comments from other agents.
  • Effort - You want to see evidence of my diligent efforts to sell your property in consistent with the commission being paid.

Too often, REALTORS® walk into a home, throw out a price to the owners, pound a For Sale sign into the front lawn, place the listing on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS®)  then wait for results, only to return advocating a price reduction.   My objective is to "Redefine Your Real Estate Experience" following a proven plan for successfully selling your home.   How?

  • A customized marketing plan tailored specifically for your property with a strong online marketing plan to reach today's tech savvy consumers including inter-active virtual tours with floor plans, aerial "Drone" photos are more.
  • Tips on making your home more appealing to potential buyers while maximizing its value.
  • Regular communication from me on the sale progress and lastly, following up on the many details involved to complete the transaction on closing day.

As REALTORS® we do not get paid for effort.  Our income is derived solely from successfully selling your property and attending to any necessary details in order to ensure the transaction gets completed and closed as scheduled.
